Julie offers:

These services are intended for personal insight, clarity, emotional support, and spiritual growth.

They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
You must be 18 or older to book a session.

3. Payments

Payments may be made through:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Squarespace Payments

By booking a session, you agree:

  • To pay the full amount at the time of booking

  • To provide accurate contact and payment information

  • That all payment transactions are handled securely by your chosen platform

Julie does not store or have access to your credit card or bank information.

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Refunds

All sessions are non-refundable, as time and energetic preparation begin once a session is booked.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 24 hours or missing an appointment may result in forfeiture of the session.

Cancellations

If Julie needs to reschedule or cancel for any reason, you will be offered the next available session time.

5. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your life decisions

  • You will not use Julie’s services as a replacement for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice

  • You understand that intuitive and spiritual insight is interpretive in nature

  • You come to the session willingly and in full personal agency

If you are in crisis, experiencing mental health challenges, or require urgent support, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared during a session is confidential.
Julie will not share your information, story, or session details with anyone unless:

  • Required by law

  • Someone is at risk of harm

  • You provide explicit permission

Session recordings are never made without your consent.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

You understand and agree that:

  • Spiritual or psychic information cannot be guaranteed

  • Outcomes, predictions, or messages from loved ones may vary

  • Energy work may support well-being, but results are individual

  • Julie makes no claims of guaranteed results or outcomes

All services are offered “as is” and for personal insight only.

12. Appointment Policies

Please arrive on time for your session.
If you are late, the session may end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

Missed sessions without communication are considered forfeited.
